DO YOU MAKE FLIGHT RESERVATIONS?
No, Sinergia Travel is not authorized to issue airline tickets. However, we can arrange reservations for private jets or helicopters during your stay in Italy.
WILL I JOIN GROUP ACTIVITIES?
All our trips are private, which means you won't be grouped with strangers (unless, of course, you're already traveling with your group). If you prefer to travel with your group, there are no limitations on the maximum number of participants. Whether it's with five friends or 40 family members, we're ready to accommodate you.

WHAT IS AN ETIAS TRAVEL AUTHORIZATION?

The ETIAS, short for European Travel Information and Authorization System, is a program created by the European Union to protect and strengthen its borders. Starting from 2022 (optional) and 2023 (mandatory for stays up to 90 days), travelers will need to obtain this authorization before entering the Schengen Area. WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?
You can make payment for your trip via credit card or bank transfer to our account in Italy. For credit card payments, there will be an administrative fee of 4.5%. There is no additional fee for payments made by bank transfer; however, your bank may charge extra fees for the transfer to our Italian account. We suggest contacting your bank to determine the best method for transferring the funds.
DO I NEED VACCINE TO ENTER ITALY?
It is important to emphasize that it is your responsibility to ensure that you are covered for all necessary vaccines or medications for your trip. Typically, vaccines need to be administered at least one month in advance to ensure their full effectiveness.
