Living in Rome for more than 15 years, I usually say that it is a true labyrinth that is pleasant to discover. Every angle of this wonderful city breathes art and culture, and you can touch each experience with your hands. I love watching how the Romans and their visitors mingle in the many alleys of the historic center.
A tour that you cannot miss is, strolling through Rome after sunset, starting in Trastevere, a neighborhood full of people with an eye for discovery, enjoying good Roman food in its numerous trattorias. It is impossible not to stop to take a special look at Praça Trilussa and Ponte Sisto, a place that, when night falls, always has a street artist performing for the general public that constantly passes by to cross the famous Tiber River.
Heading towards Via Giulia and Farnese Square, you will simply find great Restaurants that are highly recommended and, most of the time, frequented by Romans.
Heading towards Campo De Fiori, you will come across an immensity of bars with various proposals for appetizers and menus. I can say that in this square you can find people from almost every nation, it is simply magical to admire. In the parallel streets, there are great Restaurants and renowned Pizzeria capable of conquering the most demanding palates.
Heading towards Navona square where the Brazilian Consulate is located, you will find several proposals for Restaurants that will surprise you, one specifically that will make you feel in seventh heaven.
